Getting to Our Wedding
Taxi:
To book a taxi, we recommend downloading Taxi Sthlm or Uber, or asking your hotel reception for a taxi. Our wedding will be held on top of a scenic hill in eastern Södermalm. A car can be driven directly to the entrance of the venue. There is also a small parking space at the bottom of the hill.

Bus:
Londonviadukten is the closest bus stop and from there it's a ~10 min walk to the venue.

Metro:
Slussen and Medborgerplatsen are the two nearest metro stations. From both of those tube stops it is a ~25min walk to the venue. There are two routes to get to the top of the hill, one has steps and the other doesn't.​​
Quick Guide to Stockholm
Airport
Arlanda Airport is the closest and largest of Stockholm's airports. A direct train called the Arlanda Express can take you to the central station (T - Centralen) in less than 20 minutes. The commuter train and many private busses also frequently go to the airport.
Hotels
T - Centralen station is the central station from where the metro can take you across the city. Norrmalm (Red on the map) is the main tourist area, so you will find many popular hotel chains and popular shopping streets there.
Gamla Stan (Blue on the map) is the old town. It is a very picturesque area and there are many boutique hotels.

Södermalm (Yellow on the map) is the island where we will be having our wedding. Many locals live in Södermalm and you can find many restaurants and vintage stores.

Weather
In July, Stockholm has an average high of 22 and a low of 13 degrees Celsius. The wedding venue has both an outside and inside space, so in the unfortunate case of rain we are protected.​
